Privacy Policy
Effective date: February 11, 2026. This policy explains what data Quantura collects, why we collect it, and how you can manage or delete your information.
Privacy highlights
1. Personal information we collect
When you visit Quantura, we automatically collect device and usage information such as browser type, IP address, time zone, referral source, page interactions, and cookie/local storage identifiers. We refer to this as Device Information.
When you create an account, place an order, upload files, request forecasts, or contact us, we collect information including name, email, billing details, order metadata, and content you submit. We refer to this as Order and Account Information.
2. Technologies we use
Quantura uses cookies, local storage, log files, pixels, and analytics tags to operate and improve the platform.
- Cookies and local storage for authentication state, preferences, and workspace continuity.
- Log files for request diagnostics, reliability monitoring, and abuse prevention.
- Analytics tags and event telemetry to understand feature usage and product quality.
- With analytics consent, OpenAI Ads measures public page views and completed contact requests; Zift measures public visits for AWS Marketplace analytics. These tags do not load on private research or account pages. Server contact conversions share an event ID, a page address without query parameters, and available opaque attribution/browser references. Contact messages and account identity are not sent for ad matching. Essential-only cookies and Global Privacy Control disable this measurement. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences.
- After analytics consent, Contentsquare measures interactions on the homepage, About and Pricing pages. It does not load on private workspace, account or research pages. Forms, account navigation and support conversations are masked. Choose essential-only cookies to decline; Global Privacy Control is also respected for this tag.
- Support questions and recent conversation context are sent to our AI provider to select documented Quantura guidance. The assistant cannot inspect your account. Up to 20 conversations are saved on this device for 30 days, separately for each signed-in or guest identity; use History to reopen or delete them. History is not synced to your workspace or other devices. Do not send credentials or private datasets. Request metadata and usage counts are recorded for security and rate limiting.
3. How we use your information
- Provide and maintain Quantura features, including forecasting, uploads, saved runs, collaboration, and notifications.
- Process orders, subscriptions, renewals, and billing events.
- Communicate with you about service updates, support, and account activity.
- Detect fraud, reduce abuse, and protect platform security.
- Measure product performance and improve user experience.
4. Sharing your personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with infrastructure and service providers that help us operate Quantura (for example hosting, analytics, messaging, storage, and payment processors), and where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.
5. Advertising and analytics
We may use your information to measure campaign effectiveness and provide relevant product messaging. You can manage ad personalization through your platform and browser controls.
6. Do Not Track
At this time, Quantura does not alter all data collection behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information. To submit a request, use the Contact page. We may need to verify identity before processing requests.
8. International data transfers
Quantura may process data in the United States and other regions where our service providers operate. We apply contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to those transfers.
9. Data retention
We retain account, forecast, and order records while your account is active and for limited periods after closure for legal compliance, fraud prevention, audit, and incident response.
10. Security
We apply role-based access controls, encrypted transport, and operational safeguards. No system is completely secure, so protect your credentials and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
